The State College office has the feel of a small company with the benefits of a large one. We are well connected to many larger RTX offices for sharing work and resources. There is an active Employee Volunteer Organization (EVO) that plans events for all employees; such as picnics, holiday parties, potlucks and a snack stand. EVO additionally organizes work events outside of the office for employees and their families. The State College area overall is very family friendly and safe, as well as offering a great public school system.
