This track will develop the next generation of Materials Management & Logistics Leaders through:
- Cross Functional disciplinary learning: learn the analytical, problem solving, and operational execution skills tactical and strategic business results through communicating cross functionally with engineering, global supply chain, contractors, mechanics, programs, etc.
- Present key deliverables in weekly executive meetings (escalation calls, Production meetings, Weekly MRP health meetings
- Hands-On experiences: build collaborative relationships across various functions at RTX, that could involve cost reduction through process improvements, inventory initiatives, and new systems integration and own and maintain parts within SAP
- Continuous improvement projects: identify and drive initiatives which seek to make a positive impact on materials management & logistics processes, policies, and activities as well as shop floor process improvements that increase output and reduce overall costs

This track will cultivate the next generation of Quality Engineers with:
- Comprehensive Exposure: Gain insights from three 8-month rotations across Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon.
- Hands-On Experience: Exposure to manufacturing processes, product inspection, process certification, gage suitability and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Cross-Disciplinary Learning: Bridge several diverse technical sub-disciplines - Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Software Quality, Program Quality and Materials Review.
- Optimization Focus: In-depth exposure to product technical problem solving, industry and regulatory compliance strategy, and enterprise quality practices.
